The best opticians in town. I got my glasses from Glimpse and the whole experience was outstanding. April 2, 2018Excellent to deal with. Zahra extremely helpful. I don't live near Birmingham so couldn't get to the store. I knew which Theo frame I wanted and Zahra kindly posted them to me. They fit beautifully as do all the Theo frames I own - they do brilliant designs. Thanks again for all your help. Hopefully I'll get to the store one day in not too distant future and get to meet you and see all the frames you offer.

Just got back to work after a quick visit to Glimpse to repair my glasses after a lens popped out. I don't live in Birmingham so I'm not one of their customers, but they were very helpful, opening the shop a few minutes early when they saw me waiting in the cold outside, fixing my glasses so quickly (free of charge) that I was on my way even before their normal opening time. Very friendly, helpful people, nice shop in a pleasant and convenient location in central Birmingham. If I lived here, I'd be a regular customer!

August 7, 2021I love Glimpse Opticians as the glasses selection is more unique than the standard high street opticians. If you want something more interesting then this is the place to come. I purchased a pair of normal glasses and a pair of sunglasses and I'm extremely happy with both. The service from Matt was excellent and he took the time to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase and trust me, I take a while when choosing new glasses. I'll be back when I'm looking to purchase my next pair. Thank you!!
